1. What is CurbSwap™ System?
CurbSwap™ System is a swappable curb address system that lets you change the look of your curb numbers without repainting. The system uses an installed CurbSwap™ Base and interchangeable Magnetic Skins that snap on and off in seconds.

2. How does CurbSwap™ System work?
First, you install the CurbSwap™ Base onto your curb. Once the base is in place, your custom-numbered Magnetic Skin attaches securely to it. When you want a new look, you simply swap skins without repainting, scraping, or redoing the curb.

3. I’m new to CurbSwap™ System. What should I buy?
If you’re new to CurbSwap™ System, start with a Starter Kit. It includes 1 CurbSwap™ Base, 1 custom Magnetic Skin.  Promotion: Buy 1 Starter Kit, Get the 2nd 50% Off.

4. What comes in a Starter Kit?
Each Starter Kit includes:

  • 1 CurbSwap™ Base
  • 1 custom Magnetic Skin in the design you choose

It gives you everything you need to get started with the CurbSwap™ System.

5. What’s the difference between a Starter Kit and a Magnetic Skin?
A Starter Kit includes the base plus your first custom Magnetic Skin. A Magnetic Skin is the swappable front design only and requires an installed CurbSwap™ Base.

6. What is a Magnetic Skin?
A Magnetic Skin is the swappable front design of the CurbSwap™ System. It displays your address numbers and attaches to the installed base. Magnetic Skins let you change your curb’s look anytime without replacing the whole system.

7. What is the CurbSwap™ Base?
The CurbSwap™ Base is the industrial-grade mounting foundation of the system. It attaches to your curb and allows Magnetic Skins to snap on and off securely.

Ordering & Customization

8. Do I need a base for the Magnetic Skin to work?
Yes. Magnetic Skins require a CurbSwap™ Base. If you’re new to CurbSwap™ System, start with a Starter Kit.

9. Can I order a Magnetic Skin without a Base?
Only if you already own a CurbSwap™ Base. If not, you’ll need a Starter Kit first.

10. Can I buy extra Magnetic Skins later?
Yes. Once you have a CurbSwap™ Base installed, you can order additional Magnetic Skins anytime and switch between designs whenever you want.

11. Are the house numbers custom?
Yes. Your Magnetic Skin is customized with your house number.

12. Do I enter my house number when I order?
Yes. You’ll enter your house number when placing your order so your skin can be customized correctly.

13. Can I order multiple kits?
Yes. Many customers order multiple kits for both sides of the driveway or for multiple properties. Each kit comes with a base, magnetic skin, plus buy 1 and get the 2nd 50% Off.

14. Can I get two different designs for two kits?
Yes. If you order multiple kits, you can choose different skin designs for each one.

Installation & Fit

15. How long does installation take?
Installation takes about 10 to 15 minutes in most cases. Once the base is installed, swapping Magnetic Skins only takes seconds.

16. Do I need tools or drilling?
No. CurbSwap™ System is designed for a simple install with no drilling and no special tools required.

17. Can I install it myself?
Yes. CurbSwap™ System is designed for a simple self-install.

Durability & Visibility

18. Is CurbSwap™ System weatherproof?
Yes. CurbSwap™ System is built for outdoor use and designed to handle real weather conditions, including sun, rain, and seasonal temperature changes.

19. Will the numbers be easy to see from the street?
Yes. CurbSwap™ Magnetic Skins are designed for clear street visibility with bold and reflective address numbers that are easy to read from a distance.

20. Are the numbers reflective?
Yes. All designs include reflective numbers.

21. Will the Magnetic Skin fall off?
The Magnetic Skin is designed to attach securely to the installed CurbSwap™ Base while still being easy to swap when you want a new look.

Replacement Bases & Reorders

22. Can I buy just the base?
Yes. You can buy a CurbSwap™ Base separately if you need a replacement base or want to add another CurbSwap™ installation.

23. What if I already have skins and need another base?
You can order a CurbSwap™ System Base separately for a replacement or extra installation.

24. Can I use CurbSwap™ if I move to a new home?
Yes. If you already own Magnetic Skins and need a new installation location, you can purchase a replacement or extra base and continue using your existing skins.

25. Is free shipping available?
Yes. Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders.

26. How long does it take to ship?

We work hard to process and ship your CurbSwap™ System order as quickly as possible.

Because many CurbSwap™ System products are custom-made and personalized, processing times may vary depending on the product ordered, customization details, and current order volume.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days
  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Shipping Times
Delivery times vary based on your location, shipping carrier, and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

27. What is your return and refund policy?
Because many CurbSwap™ products are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for customer ordering mistakes, design preference changes, or installation failure caused by improper surface preparation or incorrect installation. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at Support@CurbSwapSystem.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’re happy to help troubleshoot installation issues, but customer-caused installation failure is not eligible for refund or replacement.
